Early Years 1 and 2 learners join us at CHS Today our Early Years 1 and 2 learners have joined us at Chiswick House School. Half the group were in today whilst the other half will be attending tomorrow, giving our young learners some time to adjust to their new teachers and classrooms in smaller numbers. We wish to thank our wonderful community for their full support and trust. Together we can do this!
Sixth Form Induction Day
Sixth Form Induction Day St Martin’s College Sixth Form would like to welcome all Level 12 and Level 13 students to the 2020-2021 academic year! This week, introductory meetings in small groups were held for all students. The purpose of induction day is to for students to feel welcomed as valued members of our community, as well as to ensure that students settle in well and feel supported by the College. Important information regarding timetables, activities and mentoring was provided on the day to help them settle in for this particularly challenging year. We are looking forward to everyone having a successful and healthy year!

Chiswick House School Pupils Return to School Today we welcomed our Level 1s and 2s back to Chiswick House School. Level 3s, 4s and 5s returned yesterday and are actively enjoying their school day. It was wonderful to see our learners back at CHS after so long. We look forward to a challenging but exciting year ahead, contributing to your child’s happiness, growth and educational well-being at Chiswick House School.

Virtual Academy
CHS Virtual Academy Junior School learners who opted to follow our Virtual Academy: Core Programme for Theme 1 were invited to Chiswick House School to a ‘Meet Your Class Teacher’ session in preparation for the new scholastic year. Our experience with virtual teaching and learning has continued to be strengthened through the evident success of our CHSMC summer Virtual Academy. As a school, we have decided to pursue a virtual learning platform that will run parallel to the in-school (physical) programme.

Professional Learning Week
Professional Learning Week Professional learning week has come to an end, with staff having attended several virtual meetings in preparation for the new scholastic year. Some of these meetings included a refreshers course on Microsoft teams, updates on Covid-19 protocols & procedures as well as talks related to 21st century teaching and RESTORE, a session which highlighted seven key areas to stimulate thinking and make decisions in order to collectively move forward into a healthy ‘new normal’.
