Early Years Learners Exploring Autumn The days are shorter, the temperature is getting cooler and the leaves have started to change colour. Our Early Years pupils have been busy exploring and observing the changes that take place during autumn and how these changes affect the weather, trees, animals and our surrounding environment. Here are some of the wonderful activities that our young learners following our in-school and virtual programmes have been enjoying.

Level 11 ACCS Short Film Online Premiere We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Level 11 ACCS short film! Join our online premiere this Friday 20th November at 9pm. "If we are not haunted by guilt, then by what are we haunted?" SMC class of 2020 worked with industry professionals to produce this short film using Shakespeare and the medium of film, as sources of endless inspiration. View the event for further details
Sixth Form Students Attend Medicine Virtual Informative Meeting
Sixth Form Students Attend Medicine Virtual Informative Meeting Second year students at St Martin’s College Sixth Form who are aspiring to join the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Malta attended a virtual informative meeting with university students who are currently studying Medicine. During this meeting the University students talked about their experiences and answered questions that Sixth Form students asked.
Jan Amos Comenius prize
Jan Amos Comenius prize Earlier in 2020, St Martin’s College won the Jan Amos Comenius prize for high-quality teaching about the European Union. This was a contest for secondary schools from across the EU that teach about the EU in interesting ways. Pure Mathematics Quiz
Pure Mathematics Quiz On the completion of their first chapter in Pure Mathematics, covering logarithms, indices and surds, Sixth Form students were given a 20 minute quiz as a form of revision to close off the chapter. Students have embraced the idea and look forward to the next quiz!
Anti-Bullying Campaign
Anti-Bullying Campaign As part of our Anti-Bullying Campaign taking place at St Martin’s College, a number of activities have been organised to create awareness. Today Middle School students were encouraged to use anti-bullying slogans as their backdrop on Teams during their online lessons. All students were also encouraged to wear something orange to show their support against bullying.
